Well the gist of it is that based on recent Supreme Court rulings, Congress went beyond their powers is making simple possession of a MG a criminal act. There is considerable reason to believe that in 7 to 12 months from now, there will be a MG amnesty and legal for non-prohibited people from making MGs, registering them and transferring them, as long as its not done as a business.
