The exclusive period for Minmetals to bid on Noranda has elapsed. Dan Roling of Merrill Lynch says nrd is already fairly priced and he's sceptical. Dan and I used to work analysts together at Waddell and Reed. Anyhoo, that is hitting all the base ore stocks.
