That's a situation that doesn't in the least bit resemble your original premise of one nation attacking another with superior technological possibilities.

You seem to be overlooking the fact that Israel has the Dimona complex in the Negev Desert and very likely has around 200 nuclear devices, compared with Iran, which may or may not have a mere handful of nuclear weapons, but certainly has never demonstrated this capability.

BTW, the Israelis have seen fit to put Mordecai Vanunu under house arrest. In this time of tension, word of Israel's nuclear capabilities is to be kept out of the media.
