Actually, in the current situation, everyone has time on their side except the US. Nukes are a 60 year old technology. It is inevitable that sooner or later (probably sooner) the developing countries will get their hands on it. Our problems will not be solved by military might alone. We need a human solution to this. The window of opportunity lasts only for a few more years (say 3-15 years). If we don't have good solutions by then, it will be too late. ST
