Yes, that's true.

And Iraq never had suicide bombings before, even under dictator Saddam. But under the Neocons' occupation today, suicide bombings happen everyday and everywhere in Iraq. The 'shock and awe bombings', massive killings and injuring civilians, humiliation, the land grab and oil wealth looting by the invaders make many people in the occupied country looking to end their own lives_in the form of suicide bombing. Same things have already happened in the occupied West Bank and Gaza long before Israel pushed US to invade Iraq.
