1150 on the S&P looks good but 1140 to 1130 are not out of the question if the vix comes to life, but may be too steep of a decline for a rally of this strength. But looks like there is some strong support in those levels. Would certainly expect a bounce at 1150 so will be a tough call.

Keep an eye on $ levels and FNM. Looks like FNM lives a charmed life but if they really are going to have to go to the capital markets for a 9 billion shortfall, that may take some wind out of the market, but I expect that will be postponed until well into 2005.
