K-Mart is buying out Sears. S is up 8 1/2, nearly 4 above the buyout price. Geez, the blind leading the blind. The only person I know who owns S is my assistant. She bought in the low 20s. She asked my advice and bought, anyway. Good for her. But if I hear about it one more time, her Xmas Bonus is toast. <G>
