Sears & K-Mart to merge.

One less competitor to have pricing issues with. Suppliers to K-mart should feel a lot more confidence in supplying their goods now. Sears already has a Voranado option in witch to expand outside malls. Maybe we might see a renewal of the once courted JC Penney's by Target, or even Kohl's?

I can see the Craftsman brand name at K-mart, and possibly Martha's at Sears in time.

I don't think Walmart is ready for it's own line of hand tools just yet!
