Chispas would you be buying Dallas RE? Definitely the best values in the country from what I can find but record foreclosures these days. Perplexing in a way in that we are in a oil and commodity based boom which you would think would directly benefit Houston and Dallas.

The whole Florida boom is based on relocations from the NE housing bubble cashing in their chips and creating jobs, new construction creating jobs, thus creating more spending and creating more jobs. When the music stops most will find so few chairs in which to sit in. Truly a one dimensional economy is Florida unlike yours in Dallas.
