I'll be frank. My BIGGEST concern is that in the immediate future ALL COMBAT INFANTRYMEN will be told not to shoot wounded enemy under any circumstance. (the military usually reacts 100% to criticism in my judgement). This will result in MARINES losing their lives through the ruthless acts of the enemy. jdn
