Very important point.

If you plot the market priced in Euros or Canadian Dollars, the market is still in a down trend.

With the clown buck falling - yesterday's international capital flows shows that foreign investors have been buying - but I've not been one of them. Who wants to fight 1/2 % decline in the dollar on average every day while trying to bid up this market?

If the dollar decline continues, just wait until the market does reverse.... ;-)
