U may run into problems installing ....

an older Windows application. Some utilities will present problems as well. If U are using FAT32 disk partitions, you must upgrade your disk maintenance and antivirus utilities to FAT32 compatible versions. Symantec's 2.0 versions of Norton Utilities and Norton AntiVirus for Windows 95, and IBM's AntiVirus 2.52 are FAT32 - compliant and currently shipping. U might want to invest in a copy of System Commander which will let U create and administer multiboot partition configurations with Win95 SR2 -- ie 4.00.950 B - SR2 isn't programmed to upgrade previously installed versions of Windows 3.x or Win95. Generally, it will refuse to install unless U begin with a blank hard drive. Lastly, to use the FAT32 file system on an IDE hard drive, your motherboard or disk controller's BIOS must fully support logical block addressing (LBA) mode extensions for drives larger than 1024 cylinders
(512 MB). U might want to stick with those larger FAT16 clusters for the time being. :---) This version of Win95 has been sold at swap meets - unbundled.
