China needs to diversify sources and need another market open for its products. Needs Argentina products not to depend only on Brazil. China is not going to depend on the US market forever. It is making signifiocnat inroads in all developing countries. Same as Japan did on the 60s and 70s. Look to Korea it is also making siginificnat inroads out of the neaten track.
