Gerald,

Business plan/production schedule on track. I'm waiting for word on
financing ($600 million). With the pressures from IPM, I would guess
that AD may wait until after BD day to aggressively work this one. To answer your question, IPM will be paid back upon completion of financing, is my best guess.
