While I have a hard time seeing that man shot on the ground, we ain't there, we did not have a friend blown up by a dead Iraqi the day before, we are not shot at night and day.

Quite frankly, I think you are unqualified to judge his actions.

What about the cold blooded SOBs that killed that lady who had done nothing other than serving Iraqis for 30 yrs. Was she a proper target for the "insurgents" would be the word you use, chickens(*^ SOBs is the word I'd use? Is her presence offensive?

It's a war, bad things are gonna happen. Problem is, with the media over there we see things that are not in a context we can relate to.

These guys and gals over there spend their days and nights getting shot at, dodging snipers, ducking RPGs, worrying about every citizen they see. You sit over here evolving and being smarter and judging them. You who have not walked a step, much less a mile, in their shoes. You do not know what you are talking about. You don't, you can't, understand the stresses they are under, the emotions they are feeling at losing a friend the day before in a similar situation. You pass judgement. I say let the military decide the fate of this young soldier. Not you, not a civilian court, not the ICC. Our own US military.
