Actually, he, like Truthseeker, does his best to fit those square pegs in those round holes. But in each and every case, after scratching the surface it becomes clear who's at the top. Wolfson led a ring of racketeers in the largest broker bust of all time, Operation Uptick. Some of them, particularly Joesph Andrew Mann, were involved in AZNT. George Doumanis of the Bermuda Short racketeering ring was also involved and Carmine Bua was legal counsel for the Peter Schur chop shop that took AZNT public. Regardless, there are ties to Wolfson and Surber's Hudson Consulting Group on this very message board. One need only look up TEVT's lastest quarterly or 10KSB and review the company's disclosure under 'legal proceedings'. There TEVT discloses two companies suing them. During these litigations, a poster on this board used multiple aliases to bash TEVT. His company was one of the two suing TEVT. The other was Wolfson's Hudson Consulting Group.

Regardless, it shouldn't surprise anyone at this late date that posters with ties to racketeers manipulating stocks continue to post and apply the same strategies they did prior to all the busts of these racketeering rings that utilised message boards in the manipulation of stocks. The idea that somehow, duped investors are more accountable for orchestrated stock scams, most 504 paper, than the houses that put the 504's together with the intent to manipulate it is a joke.
