KB, thanks for your note. I am sure of one thing, AAPL is getting spring loaded for a move as the moving averages converge and the Bollinger bands narrow. To the upside, the argument would be that iPod sales are much greater than modeled. To the downside, valuation and all the news factored in. I bought the April 55 puts again today at 5.30. I see folks exiting a little during the Thanksgiving weekend as the extended holiday gives the market pause. Separately, there seems to be a large number of option contracts traded out of the money on the call side at both 60 and 70 for December. Hedges? Who knows, someone is doing that while someone else is speculating, as there are always equal numbers of buyers and sellers. To me the odds still favor a retracement of sorts, no lower than 48, with a step in around 52 as you suggested.

Best regards,
