To Lucky Girl on Phony Diploma Mills, Truthseeker:
We have a significant number of National and State Government officials, not just company officers, who carry such diplomas from "mills" in their credentials, as you would know from the 60 Minutes piece done on that specifically. Those with these kind of ego needs aren't limited strictly to small public company officials. Conversely, they generally are seeking approval, and tend not to be terrorists.
I agree with you on Brown's apparent genius. Why would the NRC (whose average scientist would have to be rated at least slightly higher on the intelligence scale than the average Neanderthal on this site) come to him on tritium management (related to nuclear weapon disposal), if they had better alternatives? They came to him because he had an answer and they not only didn't, they still don't.
Look closer. Your work is far more consistently adult, competent and objective than all but a handful of peers on this show, such as are represented by parallel allies here like Al Arouri, hedgefundman, MacRandy, etc.
The bozos slandering the straight people here better buckle up, its going to be a rough ride. Sorry I can't be there with the whips for their mounts, who should be the regulatory chimps and their minions. They need to be ridden till they drop, literally. I think I have some knowledge of those who will be doing the driving of this wild herd.
The regulatory officials' names are all over the Elgindy site records, and you can bet they are going to ride some kind of pony here. I personally hope they get thrown from the pony into first Court, then jail. Let them explain how they got in bed with a stone sociopath linked to not only organized crime, but terrorism. It should cost them their collective asses.
Truthseeker sees himself as some sort of Medieval Knight, but he is jousting mostly with unarmed peasants. His big problem is balance. He is ready to go on a quest after a small company funded by small investors who are unable to defend themselves, but he doesn't have the cojones to confront the SEC and the NASD for their fundamental failures here of not being able to stop the initial fraud. Rather, he condones a further form of criminal conduct to help control the real initial problem.
Until he can show he has bearded the regulatory lions in their own dens, Truthseeker's elevated opinion of himself is unjustified. He is no hero, not for what he has done. |
