IBM's new TPC-C benchmark is on a machine with 2 TB of RAM. Disks optional? tpc.org Edit: Actually, I see now that they also threw in just over 6400 hard drives. Second Edit: about 1/4 petabyte of disk for one benchmark, if I have my metric prefixes right. JMHO. Charles Tutt (SM)
