I was fortunate enough to buy NVEC early last year way before it made its huge move from 6 to 60. While the MRAM story is far from over, it became clear to me that Dr. Baker was not as optimistic about NVEC's perfection of MRAM so I liquidated in the high 40's to low 50's. If NVEC can perfect MRAM, it can still be a big winner from here. I have followed TINY and missed its move from the single digits into the 20's but I had a problem with its price/net asset valuation.

In liquidating NVEC, I decided to keep on adding to my MFIC and SOTK positions for numerous and similar reasons:

1. Both are showing strong improvement in profitability and cash flow.
2. Both completed financial reenginering and now sport very solid financial conditions.
3. Both own proprietary intellectual property backed by patents which are now being exploited with products serving diversified markets. In the past, MFIC was mainly dependent on drug/biotech and SOTK was mainly reliant on electronics.
4. Both have very tiny market caps and thin floats which give excellent upside potential for shareholders.
5. Both have shown insider buying trends over the past year.
6. Both have institutional support (unusual for OTCBB's). Husic Capital and GD Searle own material stakes in MFIC and Norwood Ventures have a large stake in SOTK.
7. Both are addressing the nanotechnology market which many expect to be one of the great growth frontiers of this decade.

Congratulations in your timing of MFIC's gains! I feel you won't be disappointed over time if you take a stake in SOTK.
