it's quite obvious to me that it's racist. There is little doubt had there been a cartoon like that of Sharpton or Jackson it would be much easier for K to see the racism. Add Colin Powell to that list. The parrot head mama was intended to portray a stupid negro woman being subservient to a white man. Oliphant would never ever do that to one of those three black men. He would be fired. I guess he thinks black women are still fair targets for racial slurs and insults. Karen obviously thinks they are too. And so do Oliphant's bosses.
