Now there is a pair of big lips worthy of caricature.

But Madeleine is white, so the subliminal racist slur would not be there. She would just look like a dumb parrot. An insult for sure, but it would have no racial undertones. Nobody would view it as the depiction of a big lipped, dumb, black, parrot head mama pandering to Clinton, the southern white boy.
