Gersh, Odd we didn't hear the same kind of sympathy from right wing bloggers when the Swift Boat Liars were accusing Kerry of shooting an unarmed Vietcong fighter. Of course, I suppose a lie doesn't require our sympathy while the incident of an actual shooting of an unarmed enemy does. Note I said incident. They're going to have to find out the real story on this one and one video does not tell it all. So, I don't think anyone should label it a war crime until it is proven to be one. I just hope the Marine's actions aren't part of the "Abu Ghraib/Gitmo/Geneva Convention is Quaint" slant of this administration.
