Last night it caught up with me....In bed by 9, read, fell asleep before 9:30....Dang...That book is good and has to be returned to the library.... But I crashed and burned.. The last 3 weeks finally caught up with me. You're smart to get a bit of a nap when you can. Kids take all sorts of your energy, and the nap just energizes you to keep up with them! When they were little, I read while they were napping for the hour...I was ready to go when they got up, and felt refreshed as well.
