[ML downgrade] I was told by a ML broker that the ML analyst who droped his rating on ASND did so mainly because of the 56K standards problem and not due to any contact with the management of ASND. IOW, this guy has not been given any downward guidance by ASND's management FWIW. Regards, DOK
