Venkie, Acting like a war criminal is not American in any way, shape or form. If the enemy combatant was shooting at the Marine, do it to it. If he was reaching for a weapon, punch his ticket. But if he was lying there, wounded, totally unarmed, then the Marine is no better than the Nazis who executed our soldiers at Malmedy. We would have to be hypocrites to the nth degree or neocons to suggest such an outrage was ok because it is war.
