Now 1.86 m.oz at the close -- about 60 T. i.e. They've added 51 T of gold since opening yesterday.

Hmmm... 25 T per day = 125 T per week = 6,500 T per year (or more than double annual production)! :^)

I know that this is just an initial spurt of buying, but if it keeps up at even a tenth of this rate (say 650 T per year), it could have a very significant effect on the POG.
