Goldrea Resources engages Destiny Focus for IR

APPOINTMENT INVESTOR RELATIONS CONSULTANT FIRM

Goldrea Resources Corp. has appointed Destiny Focus Consulting Inc. as its investor relations consultant firm. Destiny is located in Victoria, B.C., and has performed investor relations duties directly or indirectly for companies in the resource sector for one year.

Destiny will be responsible for liaising with the investors, stockbrokers, funds, newsletter writers and other investment groups.

Mr. Albert will be retained on a normal industry standard monthly retainer of $4,000 per month for a term of six months for a total consideration of $24,000. Destiny will also receive 250,000 stock options in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange Policies. Destiny is a welcome addition to the Goldrea team.
