<< I'll buy when they downgrade>> good luck. i may have bought too soon--bought 75/sold 155/bought now at 120-124----BUT---had it not been for the panasian downdraft, tbr would not have sold off. yet, it looks like 120's is bringing in a lot of buyers--could be a bottom. i'm not sure that this will be as long lasting as mexico melt. at that time almost all of the latins were in chaos--now chile, argentina, brazil, mexico, etc. are getting inflation under control and moving toward stable democracy. either way--long term fundamentals are good.
