Re: trade. Two of the largest US trading partners are Cananda and Mexico. Canadian trade is close to balance and there's lots of cross ownership. Mexico not as much in balance, and there was a lot of complaining a few years ago. China has a very large trade IMBALANCE, continued over multiple years. That has job and manufacturing effects. US corporations are making lots of money with China labor. Besides, some people think China's important.
