... as usual, it all depends on the balance of the Force:

I guess ...

(a) falling dollar is good for translated foreign earning, but only if there are still earnings to be had, else the losses (costs) are translated

(b) falling dollar makes the nasty foreigners want to run, leading to losses in equities, bonds, real estate, and more currency losses

(c) falling dollar leads to translated inflation, which may push domestic folks to unload debt and buy equity, for ignorance of alternatives

(d) falling dollar may entice other foreigners to buy US assets, at some point after collapse
