Insiders are buying and it has a decent PE, but where do you get the idea that RICK is growing?

In my book, this is what growth looks like (v.CEP):

2002 $4.8
2001 $3.0

BTW, I sold CEP around $10 from ~$1.25. Ciao did his best to get me in earlier and deeper, but I was a bit gun-shy at the time.
