Comprehend that Sirius has about 1.7 bln fully diluted shares while XM has, after last week, about 316 mln fully diluted shares> That is a huge key in favor of XMSR. They have much more flexibility in raising a lot more money. Heck, I 'm pretty sure XMSR could raise $350 quickly with a 10M share secondary. SIRI really can't do that now. Mike
