the entire idea is wrong

if we weren't spending one taxpayer penny in Iraq I wouldn't want my tax dollars bailing out a failing library

hell, the city the library is in doesn't even want to bail out their own library

and yet they're shocked, after they've been told it was coming that it will actually happen

accountability

I'm tired of bailing out failures

and I'm tired of bailing out the Iraqi people

they want terrorism, despotism, religious radicals, I say let them have it
