Another book I recommend is "In the Gravest Extreme," by Masaad Ayoob. Ayoob teaches the use of lethal force, and especially the importance of NOT using it unless you have reached the gravest extreme--that is, you have exhausted other ways of resolution, including running away. He throws a full bucket of cold water on adolescent ideas that it would be cool to kill somebody. He says it will ruin your life. You'll never be the same after. I believe him.
