Miljenko, From the college days of drinking Mogen David and Ripple I have a hard time discerning the taste of pear or plum in many of the wines I drink today. I just enjoy a good glass of wine without worrying if it is this hint or that hint of fruit. ( With that said, I have a football wager tonight with the Good Doctor Brander, with the pay-off being a bottle of wine. One from Tennessee if I win, and one from Texas if he wins. Now the question is that if I WIN, will my bottle of Tennessee wine taste like Jack Daniel whiskey! On to something more personal...first being that I hope all is well with you! I'm trying to plan a European trip for next spring and I was thinking of Croatia. Any suggestions on such a trip?
