Alan--thank you for the Y2K prices, and Rick--thank you for saying that...<< the market cap is about $6 million>>..I mean guys and gals, I know this has been a frustrating one for the quick money artists, but take a second look at the market update issued by Mighton just two weeks ago and think $6 million to yourself and ask whether this is not a sound...investment--even at a market cap of $12 million.

Highlights of the market update released August 13 that everyone has been clamoring for:

--contracts with: Informatech
Southern U.S. electric company (N.C. electric)
Polaroid Canada
Productivity Point Intl

Granted, the N.C. Electric contract was for only $100,000, but the point is that Polaroid Canada is a name customer so this is not some shell of a bull-- company. Their teaming agreements for Y2K work, though not exclusive, include large systems integrators like SHL Systemhouse (120 offices world-wide). TPI is not a fly-by-night. They are building a business that is within an industry that we all know is facing major, major, growth...an industry that needs all the help it can get (Y2K). And Y2K isn't even their core business, as they've stated repeatedly.

No, I don't know what happened to the Pinetree Cap deal, and I'd really like to know. But unless and until we know facts, there's no point speculating that it was because they knew something we don't.
