Well over 200 millions US nationals did not vote for Bush in the recent election, it seems reasonable to presume that we still have friends down there ... new situations will develop, under new admin hopefully, four years from now, but quite possibly under the current one, where circumstances warrant from us a Ready Aye Ready .... a lot of things can happen, there's a pendulum effect in the bloody-minded ugliness department, it'll subside one day and we must remain open to alliance when it does ... |
