Timing is dead rotten on change of capital requirements for WAVX.
Nasdaq is in control of listing. so really the company cannot help at all right now as to their future. It ceratinly isn't a plus to be delisted.

There is something that is bothering me briely i picked up insiders sales on Alladin i have to read sec to figure out if this could at all connect to Wavx timing wise. I am not a person who panics with insider sales oriented as to direction of stock but i do take it into consideration..
