You need norton internet security. It places a blue and green circle in your system tray (lower right). Double click on that circle. Click on add blocking and then select configure. Make sure both boxes (turn on add blocking & turn on popup window blocking are checked. Hit OK and close out the program. Restart your machine just to make sure it takes and repeat the process above just to make sure those boxes remained checked. If you still get popups download AdAware and clean your machine and also download the windows service pack 2.
