Southern Bell Communications (SBC) is starting to deliver TV via phone lines. I wonder what they're using since it has to be some form of DSL ...?DSL? what? Whose equipment I wonder. The rumors I've heard are they currently offer satellite small dish TV and will phase in TV over phone line and will have their cliental to convert over from the small dish service.
