I have tried, in the past, WOW, Omni, Trading Station, and various others. Each have strong and weaker points. That is probably why I don't use any of them now. My programming buddy and I have customised our own.

Most all real time quote services offer level II---Kevin uses Bloomberg, which is the most expensive, I believe. The cheapest I recall seeing is around 100 bucks, but I don't remember who offered it----Lisa's curse has affected my memory----ggg
