Al, How do WE stabilize this country now that Saddam has been removed?

Crush the insurgency and give the Iraqi people the tools and the resources necessary to secure their own cities.

Then relief workers won't have to fear more kidnappings and beheadings, and the children will "get over" their malnutrition.
