Nah. Smart hands (if there is good news on the way) work their trades to soak up the sell orders smoothly, so as to accumulate maximum numbers of shares without raising the price. Then, when news breaks and price takes off, the shares are sold into the rally at higher prices. So far, things are quiet but all of the telltale signs are there that something positive is brewing. I hope so...
