You might want to check out ZMAX Corporation (ZMAX OTC).  This could now be a strong Year 2000 play because the quiet period associated with their recapitalization is over.  I would expect there is a steady backlog of announcements which should follow the press release stating their NASDAQ application which I have pasted below.  Any info on this company would be appreciated.
