I don't know the details at this time.

This "Iraqi election" is largely like the "roadmap" to Middle Eastern peace in my mind. When I try to research these topics, I find that I'm staring at talking points and media chatter but that there really is almost nothing in print that clarifies exactly what each term actually means.

If you spot clarifications of the details of the Iraqi election, perhaps you'll be kind enough to post them to this thread. Thanks. :)
