Sergio, Sears Holdings plans to convert some Kmart [KMRT] stores to Sears [S] stores outside of malls. Nationally the number of mall shoppers has been reported as falling. Sears gets a much better return per square foot of space. On merchandise that can be sold in both types of stores, they may be able to get better volume pricing. They would be able to sell Sears brand merchandise like Craftsman tools in the Kmarts. We'll watch KMRT closely.
