It's not an issue about hunting coug, as Grainne would put it. It's about a homicidal maniac who shot 6 people dead. This just as easily could have happened to you when you confronted someone on your property, taking shots at a fawn who was amongst your cattle.
Hunting is only the subtext here. This is about sensless, wanton murder. Much as would occur in Newark or Detroit, only this time it took place in the North Woods.
