You mean other than me? <vbg> No, I don't know who is accumulating. My estimate is based on sales of $21.5m, up from $19.1 last quarter. I expect less effect from the inventory writeup as well as a substantial reduction in SGA which was higher than usual last quarter due to financing activity. You could be right that it's just based on 4th quarter improvement, but I doubt it. A takeover rumor is possible, but if that is it, then without a takeover, it will come down as fast as it went up. A big sale that hasn't been annouced is also possible. We'll find out later, I guess. Good luck, Carl
