One thing I'm absolutely certain of is that George Bush and his counsel Albert Gonzales regard international law as merely "quaint" and no real impediment to the kind of rape they have in mind for Iraq. The "privatization" scheme perpetrated by Bush in Iraq is grand larceny under any code of law. However, Bush no longer abides by any code of law or code of conduct. It's his arrogant will against the forces of decency across the planet.
